    Some people do not know how to give reputation out, well i will explame how to.


    At people posts you can see at the right side there is a + and -.
    + means +rep
    - means -rep (Please stop doing this for no big reason)

    If anyone keep removing rep from you! pm me his name and the problem and proves.
    (it will result in a ban)

    hmm, ur right, we should make a poll to ask everyone if they want the - rep thing or not. if we choose not to then they should have it removed
