i'm gonna teach you how to make a text like that in photoshop:)
step 1. make a new picture (i have 450x150 on that) and paint the background black then write something in white with the Century Gothic font.
step 2. rasterize the type: https://2img.net/h/oi36.tinypic.com/11ajxxk.jpgthen duplicate the text

step 3. target the first text layer and press Texture>Stylize>Wind:

do that 2 times and then press Image>Rotate canvas> 90 CW: https://2img.net/h/oi33.tinypic.com/hwhmxh.jpg then do the wind 2 times again and repeat that till every side is winded.
step 4. target the second text layer and then click on it two times then this should come:

the look at the last option on the menu : stroke : then press it and then u should see a red box in the thing to the right press it and make it black like the pic above.
step 5. search for a button that looks like this in the layer box: https://2img.net/h/oi33.tinypic.com/op5xzm.jpg
then click it and choose Hue & Saturation :

then this will pop up:

click the Colorize in the bottom right corner then make saturation to 100 then choose color (leave the lightness at 0)
