    WoWCast is now recruiting some experienced developers!
    We are a brand new High-Rate server.
    We are hope to see some people which are willing to help this server out.
    Server is under Development.

    You can't have a DUAL QUAD core. You can have a dual, or a quad. Unless of course you some how fit two quad cores into one machine (meaning you must have a computer built by Jesus, or a giant computer with two mother-boards?) So your specs are false.
